Investigation on Industrial Test of TG335 Motor Grader in Open-pit Coal Mine

As of May 8, the industrial trial of CNCMC TG335 Motor Grader at an open-pit coal mine affiliated with China Energy Investment Corporation has smoothly progressed for nearly 1,000 hours. To accurately grasp the on-site trial operation status, fully collect the user’s evaluations and optimization suggestions on equipment performance, and further drive product iteration and upgrading, Jing Xinbao, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Forestry Machinery Group, led a team to conduct on-site research at the trial site.

Jing Xinbao went deep into the operation frontline of the open-pit coal mine, held face-to-face exchanges with on-site operators, and learned in detail about the actual working conditions and operating performance of the TG335 Motor Grader. Having been informed that the equipment features stable performance and reliable operation, achieving an excellent record of over 30 consecutive days of fault-free operation, he fully affirmed the product performance. Meanwhile, targeting the cabin comfort issues raised by operators, he required benchmarking against industry competitors to make up for shortcomings, fully improve equipment comfort and optimize handling performance, so as to effectively meet the actual operation demands of frontline staff.

Since the TG335 Motor Grader settled in the open-pit coal mine for working condition trials, relevant functional departments of the mine have kept continuous track of its operating status. Over the nearly 1,000-hour trial period, relying on a comprehensive equipment support plan and efficient on-site service measures, CNCMC has ensured the equipment maintains high attendance and high operational stability. Its overall performance has won high recognition and key attention from the mine side.
