( 1 ) Design Standards : It is jointly developed with well-known European port machinery design company , the truck is synchronized with the technical level of same period European product . The truck with higher security not only meets national standards but also EU standards( EN1459 ; ISO15018)

(2 ) Power source : Using Volvo imported engine , with low speed and high torque , higher reliability

(3 ) Transmission : Adopts American DANA electro-hydraulic control gearbox , the gears are allocated to the first four and the rear four , and the electro-hydraulic shift control system is adopted , which makes the operation stable and sustainable ;

( 4 ) Drive axle : It adopts heavy-duty drive axle from German KESSLER company, with large carrying capacity , equipped with fully maintenance-free wet brake , safe and reliable , and long service life ;

( 5 ) Hydraulic system : Adopt internationally renowned company Parker products , hydraulic system adopts variable pump system , flow sharing (UDV ) system , LS load sensing system , so as to realize stepless oil supply , no overflow loss , high efficiency , energy saving and lower oil temperature

( 6 ) Electrical system : It adopts the CAN-BUS control system of America Parker Company , has an intelligent load safety system , a fault diagnosis system , a display system in Chinese and English , and has high maintainability

( 7 ) Spreader : Use the 817 spreader of Swedish ELME company . The spreader is specially designed for the special operating conditions of the reach stacker . The whole is made of high-quality steel , single-tube structure , high strength and good visibility

( 8 ) Cab Designed with ergonomic principles , comfortable and safe operating environment , large glass area , good visibility , and built-in heating and cooling air-conditioning . The position of the cab can be adjusted front and rear according to the needs of the driver

9 ) Standard configuration of visual reversing warning system and car networking system ;

( 10 ) Optional equipment : dual anti-tilt system , automatic fire extinguishing device , job information printing , etc
