From April 27 to 28, 2026, the Key Client Department of China National Complete Engineering Corporation (CNCMC) went to Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province. Together with XCMG Group and the end customer, the team jointly promoted delivery assurance for the large excavator export project and conducted special technical discussions on equipment disassembly and assembly solutions.
The large excavators involved in the project feature large dimensions, numerous accessories and complex structures, bringing high difficulties in overall delivery as well as transportation, disassembly and assembly coordination. To guarantee on-time delivery, CNCMC took the initiative to carry out two-day on-site docking with partners and the customer, sorting out key nodes throughout the entire delivery process in a comprehensive manner.
The three parties conducted in-depth exchanges on core links including disassembled transportation, component protection and reassembly docking. Based on actual project requirements, the Key Client Department systematically sorted out the disassembly procedures of main engines, and clarified unified component marking, professional protection standards, as well as the disassembly sequence of key parts such as hydraulic systems, booms and tracks. These measures ensure standardized disassembly, safe transportation and smooth reassembly. Meanwhile, the staff verified the inventory list and shipment status of thousands of accessories item by item, confirming the material completeness and circulation efficiency, which solidifies the foundation for the on-time project delivery.
During the meeting, the three parties also had in-depth communications on long-term cooperation and reached important consensus in multiple fields, including standardized disassembly and assembly services for large-scale equipment, full-cycle technical support and normalized spare parts guarantee. This on-site docking further strengthens the collaborative capability between CNCMC and XCMG, improves the project delivery assurance capacity, and lays a solid foundation for deepening strategic cooperation and jointly serving end customers.
