CNCMC International Trade Team Works On-Site to Tackle Challenges, Ensuring Quality & Smooth Contract Performance

To thoroughly resolve recurring surface quality defects on exported mudguards, uphold strict product quality standards and guarantee the fulfillment of overseas orders, the business team of CNCMC International Trade Division launched a special on-site quality improvement campaign on July 8.
Upon arrival at the manufacturing plant, the team conducted item-by-item inspections focusing on vulnerable production procedures to identify root causes of incomplete rectification in previous batches. By comparing surface quality performance of similar exported components, the team formulated an optimization plan featuring an additional electrophoretic coating process. Meanwhile, on-site photos and live production videos were shared with overseas clients to ensure full transparency of issue-related information.
In addition, team members carried out a comprehensive stocktake of finished goods in warehouse. They assessed hidden risks such as debris adhesion caused by anti-rust oil on reworked inventory items, discussed targeted countermeasures, and coordinated rework schedules against order delivery deadlines to minimize disruptions to shipment progress arising from quality issues.
This on-site campaign successfully eliminated the recurring quality problems of mudguards and removed potential risks to order delivery, laying a solid foundation for full-process quality control. Going forward, CNCMC International Trade Division will accelerate the approval and implementation of the optimized coating process, and establish a regular long-term quality control system to prevent similar quality defects at the source.
The company will continue to safeguard long-term partnerships with clients through rigorous quality management and rapid issue resolution, and drive high-quality growth of export business with reliable product performance.
